This bloggin’ malarkey is pretty addictive isn’t it? In fact its awesome!
7 days ago I started this page…..I thought I would be writing for myself; that I would be my own audience but how great is it that people are interested in what I have to say?!
Over 270 viewings of my page this week is pretty amazing I think 😀 I have received many lovely comments which is certainly inspiring – thank you so much!
So I thought I would give you the lowdown on what’s to come (in no particular order)……………………….

- Celebrity / fad diets
Much of what I write will also depend on what pops up in the news, or if it’s a National or International Awareness day (yes apparently there is National Sandwich Week, British Tomato Week, National Doughnut Week and BBQ Week, so can’t wait for those next month!) but the teacher in me asks……’if you have any particular requests for food / nutrition topics, ask away! You just might get me thinking …………… 🙂
